The meetMED III project gets underway at the ENEA Brussels Office
On 16 July 2026, meeting of meetMED III Project was held at the ENEA Brussels Office, bringing together project partners to launch the new phase of the initiative and define its implementation roadmap.
Roberta Boniotti, ENEA, Secretary General of MEDENER, represented the association at the T‑MED Technical Coordination Workshop, alongside the MED•GEM Network, MEDREG Régulateurs méditerranéens de l'énergie, Med-TSO, OME Observatoire Méditerranéen de l'Energie and Nadia CHIOUKH representing the Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE), as well as the European Commission.
ENEA plays a key role in MEDENER’s governance and activities, supporting institutional cooperation and joint initiatives for the energy transition across the Mediterranean.
The meeting marked a concrete step forward for the T-MED Initiative, one of the first deliverables of the Pact for the Mediterranean, supporting the transition from strategy to coordinated implementation across the region.
